At Esaki Tin Curaçao, we understand that plans can change. We’ll always do our best to accommodate your needs. Please note that many of the experiences featured on our website are offered by independent third-party providers. Their cancellation and refund policies may differ, and we strongly recommend reviewing their terms before booking.

Esaki Tin Curaçao is not responsible for the acts, errors, or policies of third-party suppliers, including any resulting injuries, damages, or changes to your plans.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance: Full (100%) refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours: 30% cancellation fee applies.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure: Non-refundable.

These conditions may vary depending on the individual tour operator. Always check directly with your chosen provider for specific terms. 
If you do not show up for your booked activity, the full amount will be charged.

In the event of poor weather, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control, we’ll gladly help you reschedule your activity. If that’s not possible, you will receive a full refund.

REFUND POLICY
All refunds will be issued using the original payment method and sent to the billing address or email associated with your booking.
